Since its inception, JSM has developed a growing client base and has also implemented several of the products identified above in Objectives. JSM has also consulted on new product growth and business opportunities for Leading Hospital Systems and Physician Practices. Additional Clients include Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Fitness and Wellness Centers, Sub-Acute Nursing Facilities etc. As a former part of Community Healthcare Associates LLC., JSM has continued its relationship with CHA and serves as Consultant on a variety of Projects including the development of 400,000 sq. ft. of the former Bell Labs site in Holmdel NJ into a Medical Arts Complex.
As a partner of Community Healthcare Associates, LLC Healthcare Real Estate development group, JSM helped develop the former Barnert Hospital in Paterson, New Jersey into a Medical Arts Complex. This conversion involved the conversion of 300,000 sq. ft. of Medical related space for lease and/or condominium purchase. Within a 3 year period of time, this facility was completely renovated and taken from Zero Percent Occupancy to over 90% Occupancy consisting of local, Regional and National Healthcare Providers as tenants. CHA has also employed a similar model to develop the former William B. Kessler Hospital in Hammonton NJ as well as other former hospital sites.
